Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to promote the luxury project and generate qualified leads.
  • Attend and manage incoming calls from prospective clients with professionalism and warmth.
  • Engage and build rapport with high-end customers using persuasive and professional communication.
  • Understand client preferences and pitch project highlights tailored to their lifestyle and investment goals.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM records accurately with lead details and follow-up actions.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve call strategies and response rates.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in
    luxury real estate, hospitality, BPO, Customer service or premium lifestyle brands
    preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi/Telugu is a must.
