We are seeking a visionary Senior E-commerce Strategy & Operations Lead to manage our day - today operations for clients including marketplaces, payment wallets, delivery aggregators and online transport networks across India.

This role demands expertise in B2B and B2C e-commerce platforms, driving operational excellence, and leading high-performing teams.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

  • Define and execute long-term e-commerce strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Own the P&L for multiple e-commerce programs, ensuring profitability and revenue targets are met.
  • Drive scalable growth across diverse verticals including payment banks, digital wallets, online transport networks, and digital marketplaces.

E-commerce Operations & Seller Ecosystem

  • Lead nationwide seller acquisition, onboarding, and performance management across categories.
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and optimize seller performance metrics.

Client Engagement & Service Excellence

  • Manage key client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Resolve escalations and implement feedback loops for continuous service improvement.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs for client servicing teams including telesales, inside sales, and field operations.

Team Leadership & Cross-functional Alignment

  • Lead and mentor a multi-tiered team including Managers, TLs and Sales Executives.
  • Foster collaboration across sales, operations, and strategy teams to drive unified execution.
  • Implement quality control systems and training programs to enhance team efficiency.

Education & Qualifications

  • Graduate degree (MBA preferred)
  • 12+ years relevant experience in e-commerce strategy & operations
  • Proven P&L ownership and revenue growth experience
  • Strong leadership in B2B/B2C platforms
  • Expertise in seller ecosystem, client management, and team building
  • Fluent in English & Hindi
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
