Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nashik for a Business Development Executive. The role involves driving new business development strategies, generating and nurturing leads, managing client accounts, and forming strong professional relationships. The Executive will identify opportunities, pitch products and services, and ensure client satisfaction while supporting long-term company growth.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation to meet organizational growth goals.
- Strong skills in Business acumen and Account Management for effectively handling client relationships and accounts.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to foster professional rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify market trends and propose actionable strategies.
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of meeting performance targets in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
