Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. The person should be good in terms of setting email campaigns and running them. Need to have good skills on understanding campaign data, developing right content to get industry standard reply rate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Campaign setup: From scratch setup email domains, mailboxes, setup SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warmup and execute best practices for good deliverability. Need to have a good understanding of domain providers (e.g Godaddy) and email campaign tools (e.g Instantly, Hubpsot etc).
  • Outreach Campaigns: Develop and execute email outreach campaigns to engage with prospects for our clients projects
  • Content Creation: Write compelling email copy, design eye-catching email templates, and create engaging content that resonates with our target audience. Understand how email content drives engagement as per targeted companies and profiles. And bale to make changes quickly and efficiently as per campaign results
  • Follow-ups: Manage follow-up communications to nurture relationships and move leads through the sales funnel.
  • Database Management: Have an eye for data quality check and ability to run email campaigns with high and right volume of data. Able to give feedback to database analysts what is working and what is not working and how to improve on the lead data side.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn and email marketing tools.
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with email marketing best practices and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
