Role Overview

We're looking for a Warehouse & Operations Manager who can drive efficiency, accuracy and scalability across our supply chain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Unicommerce, D2C operations, and marketplace order management (Amazon, Flipkart, Quick comm. etc.).

You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth inbound/outbound operations, inventory management, dispatch timelines and order fulfillment across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including inbound, storage, order picking, packing and dispatch.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure real-time sync across marketplaces and D2C platforms using Unicommerce.
  • Coordinate with courier partners and customer support teams to ensure on-time deliveries and minimal returns.
  • Oversee stock audits, reorder alerts and packaging material management.
  • Monitor and optimize dispatch SLAs, warehouse space utilization and process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for new product onboarding and operational readiness during sale events.
  • Track operational KPIs and prepare regular performance and exception reports.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in warehouse or operations management, preferably in D2C or marketplace-first brands.
  • Strong working knowledge of Unicommerce (mandatory).
  • Understanding of inventory management systems, dispatch processes, and 3PL coordination.
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for process improvement and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented startup environment.
