Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Manager role located in Hisar. As an Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, lead a cross-functional team, drive process improvements, and ensure efficient delivery of our services. As an all-rounder, you will handle everything from team management and logistics coordination to basic technical troubleshooting and customer experience enhancements, thriving in a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with proven experience in managing teams
  • Ability to multitask and handle diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Basic technical aptitude, including familiarity with tools like PHP/MySQL for simple backend tweaks or inventory systems
  • Willingness to adapt, learn new skills, and contribute across departments (e.g., marketing, tech support)

  • Experience in end-to-end supply chain management and vendor coordination
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics) for performance tracking
