We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join , a trusted travel company with 10+ years of excellence in the travel industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, solid experience in travel sales, and the ability to convert leads into successful bookings.


Key Responsibilities:

Handle honeymoon, family trip, group tour & international package sales

Convert incoming leads into confirmed bookings

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Guide customers with itinerary, pricing, hotels, flights, and package options

Achieve monthly revenue targets

Coordinate with operations team for smooth trip execution

Manage client queries through calls, WhatsApp, and email

Handle after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain sales reports and daily follow-ups


Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in travel sales

Strong knowledge of domestic & international destinations

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Good command of English & Hindi

Computer and CRM handling skills

Positive attitude & customer-focused approach
