Swiz Elevator is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This is a field-based, in-person sales role responsible for driving new business by selling our range of elevators, modernization, and service contracts to builders, architects, property owners, and developers within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)

Structure: Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives/commission.

Key Responsibilities (Core Duties)

In-Person Sales & Business Development: Actively seek out and generate new sales leads through cold calling, site visits, networking, and market research to secure contracts for new elevator installations and modernization projects.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including builders, developers, architects, and property management companies.

Client Meetings: Schedule and attend a minimum number of client meetings and site visits per week to present Swiz Elevator products and solutions.

Technical Consultation: Conduct initial site assessments, understand customer technical requirements, and offer appropriate vertical transportation solutions (elevators, dumbwaiters, etc.).

Proposal and Contract Management: Prepare detailed proposals, bid documents, and contract tenders; negotiate terms to successfully close deals while ensuring profitability.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the company CRM system.

Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on market conditions, competitor activities, industry trends, and relevant building codes/safety regulations.

Team Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with internal engineering, installation, and administration teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution.

Payment Collection: Monitor and assist in the timely collection of accounts as per contract terms.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience (5-6 years preferred) in field sales, direct sales, or business development, preferably within the construction, engineering, or building materials industry.

Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but equivalent professional experience will be considered.

Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed challenging sales targets.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Mobility: Must be willing and able to travel extensively within the assigned sales territory for in-person meetings.

Must Have: A valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
