Job Description : Senior Technology Leader (Head of Engineering)
Position Overview

  • Troubleshoot critical issues and ensure smooth operations and system reliability.

  • Innovation & Strategy

  • Drive experimentation and encourage creative approaches to problem-solving.

  • Build a culture of continuous improvement, research, and exploration of new tools.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Head of Engineering, or senior technology leader.
  • Strong background in software development and systems architecture.
  • Expertise in managing technical teams and delivering large-scale projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams.
