We are seeking a highly versatile and hands-on Digital & Offline Marketing Manager who can independently plan, execute, and manage all marketing activities from digital growth campaigns and social media presence to on-ground activations and brand visibility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, creativity, and measurable results. Someone who can strategize like a Marketing Head and execute like a performance marketer.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Planning & Execution

  2. Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy (digital + offline) aligned with business goals.

  3. Create annual and quarterly marketing calendars with clear KPIs and ROI metrics.
  4. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and collateral.

  5. Digital Marketing

  6. Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

  7. Manage SEO (on-page, off-page, technical) and ensure consistent ranking improvement for business-critical keywords.
  8. Drive website traffic, lead generation, and conversions through SEM, retargeting, and organic channels.
  9. Oversee SMO (Social Media Optimization) and manage content calendars for all social platforms.
  10. Collaborate with designers or use tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) to produce digital creatives, banners, reels, and video ads.
  11. Manage email marketing, drip campaigns, and CRM integrations for nurturing leads.

  12. Offline Marketing

  13. Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives such as events, exhibitions, partnerships, trade fairs, and print advertising.

  14. Coordinate production of offline collaterals — brochures, standees, merchandise, etc.
  15. Identify and collaborate with external vendors for printing, event setup, and on-ground promotions.
  16. Measure effectiveness of offline campaigns using lead tracking and ROI analysis.

  17. Branding & Communication

  18. Build and maintain strong brand positioning across all touchpoints.

  19. Draft engaging marketing content, press releases, and case studies.
  20. Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Design) to ensure marketing alignment.

  21. Analytics & Reporting

  22. Track and analyze campaign performance across all channels.

  23. Provide monthly marketing dashboards highlighting KPIs, ROI, and key insights.
  24. Suggest continuous improvement actions based on data analytics.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 4–8 years of proven experience in both digital and offline marketing domains.
  • Strong command over SEO/SEM, social media marketing, Google Ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
  • Proficiency with design and content tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
  • Hands-on mindset with ability to execute independently.
  • Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and accountability for deliverables.
