Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Manager located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Collections Manager will be responsible for managing the collection of outstanding invoices, providing customer support regarding billing issues, resolving account discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. The role involves working closely with the finance and sales teams to ensure timely payments and efficient handling of overdue accounts.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of billing, collections, and credit principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in managing and resolving customer queries
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus
