Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Manager located in the Greater Chennai Area. The Collections Manager will oversee and manage the collections process, coordinate with clients to ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate records of interactions. Responsibilities include developing and implementing collection strategies, monitoring aging reports, and resolving payment discrepancies. The role also involves working closely with the finance team to facilitate efficient cash flow management and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing collections and accounts receivable
  • Strong understanding of billing processes and financial principles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the Satellite Communication or Telecom industry is a plus
