Job Title: Collection Manager/Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Collection professional with a proven track record of managing and recovering debts. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of collection laws and regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate and resolve complex debt issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and recover debts from individual and corporate customers

  • Develop and implement effective collection strategies to meet targets

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams

  • Analyze and resolve complex debt issues, negotiating settlements and payment plans

  • Ensure compliance with collection laws and regulations, such as RBI guidelines and IBC

  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and customer service, to improve collection efficiency

  • Monitor and report on collection performance, identifying areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in collections, debt recovery, or a related field

  • Strong understanding of collection laws and regulations, including RBI guidelines and IBC

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Proven track record of meeting collection targets and improving collection efficiency

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Salary: 15 LPA CTC

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce, Finance, or Law preferred)

  • Communication and interpersonal skills

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • MS Office and collection software (e.g., CRM, ERP)
