About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Trainee to support our administrative operations. This role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in office administration who wants to grow their career in a dynamic environment. You will assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinate with teams, and help ensure smooth organizational operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing office operations, including documentation, record-keeping, and scheduling.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications.
- Maintain and update databases, files, and office systems.
- Support HR and other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
- Support procurement and vendor management activities as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration or office management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
