About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele callers to join our growing team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, sharing project details, and coordinating follow-ups. Candidates who enjoy building rapport over the phone and guiding customers will excel in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company
  • Share accurate information about ongoing projects
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable options
  • Schedule site visits/meetings for interested clients
  • Maintain proper records of calls and follow-up activities
  • Work towards daily and monthly call/lead conversion targets

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Confident and polite phone etiquette
  • Ability to understand client needs and respond professionally
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM updates
  • Prior telecalling or customer interaction experience is a plus
  • Ability to stay motivated and target-oriented
