Role Overview
We're looking for a Sales & Business Development Intern who's excited to take ownership of outreach, lead generation, and go-to-market initiatives. You'll work directly with the founding team to craft and execute sales strategies that drive real business impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and build lead lists for target customer segments (importers, wholesalers, distributors, and manufacturers).
• Create and execute email, LinkedIn, and CRM-based outreach campaigns.
• Assist in proposal creation, sales decks, and customer communication.
• Support the GTM (Go-to-Market) strategy with market research and analytics.
• Track leads, conversions, and pipeline performance.
• Contribute to growth experiments and customer feedback loops.
What We're Looking For
• Final-year MBA or Engineering student with a strong interest in sales, growth, or GTM roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail and a learning mindset.
• Comfortable using or learning tools like HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Notion.
• Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Background
• From Tier-1 MBA or Engineering colleges (IIMs, IITs, NITs, BITS, etc.).
• Prior exposure to sales, marketing, or business strategy is a plus.
