Job Overview :
Panacorp Software Solutions, a research and development organization supporting PhD scholars, is hiring Telecalling Sales Associates. We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates with any degree who possess strong English communication skills. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our services, and achieving sales goals. This is an excellent opportunity to grow in a dynamic, R&D-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Panacorp's services, with a focus on academic and research support.
Communicate clearly and effectively in English to identify and address client needs.
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales calls and client interactions.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving lead conversion and sales effectiveness.
Qualifications :
Any bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Freshers with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Experience in telecalling or sales is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to persuade and negotiate.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word).
