Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a TeleCaller located in Thiruvananthapuram. The TeleCaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential students, providing detailed course information, and assisting them in the enrollment process. The role involves understanding the needs of students, maintaining call records, and following up on leads. The TeleCaller will also handle inquiries, resolve any issues, and support the overall sales and marketing efforts by contributing to the achievement of targets.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Freshers or Experience in customer service or TeleCalling roles
  • Ability to understand and convey course information effectively
  • Proficiency in maintaining call records and following up on leads
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Degree in any field; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus
