Tele Caller Executive

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. This role involves both telecalling and handling some paper documentation work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Telecalling:
  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote services.
  • Answer incoming calls from customers to answer inquiries, and provide information.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanour at all times.
  • Update customer information in the database after every call.

  • Handle customer complaints or issues, directing them to the appropriate department when necessary.

  • Documentation:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Handle paperwork related to customer service, invoices, and other relevant documents.
  • Ensure all documentation is filed correctly and is easily retrievable.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
