Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities
- Team Coordination: Manage sales team schedules, arrange meetings, and coordinate activities to ensure efficient workflow.
- Customer Relations: Act as a primary contact for customer inquiries, manage their accounts, and resolve issues to maintain positive relationships.
- Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks, including inputting sales orders, maintaining sales records and customer databases, and preparing sales reports.
- Sales Operations: Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies, preparing sales presentations, and ensuring sales support materials are up-to-date.
- Inter-Departmental Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure sales, marketing, and delivery processes are coordinated and effective.
- Performance Monitoring: Track data, monitor sales goals, and ensure that the sales team is meeting quotas and targets.
