Role Overview:

The President Marketing, Institutional Sales Division will lead the institutional marketing and sales strategy across Gujarat. This role demands a seasoned executive with deep experience in food processing, B2B marketing, and institutional partnerships across various industrial segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the institutional marketing strategy tailored to Gujarats market dynamics.
  • Drive revenue growth through customized offerings for institutional clients including HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering), government procurement, hospitals, schools, and industrial canteens.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product innovation, pricing, and supply chain solutions aligned with institutional needs
  • Build strategic relationships with clients across Gujarat.
  • Oversee brand positioning, promotional campaigns, and tender-based marketing initiatives
  • Monitor regulatory frameworks, food safety norms, and market trends to ensure compliance and competitive advantage
  • Represent the division in board-level discussions and contribute to overall corporate strategy

Desired Profile

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Strategy, or Food Business Management from a reputed institution
  • 15+ years of leadership experience in FMCG/food processing with a strong institutional sales background
  • Proven success in managing large teams and navigating government and B2B procurement channels
  • Deep understanding of Gujarats food industry ecosystem, Agri-value chains, and institutional buying behavior
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and executive presence
