Role Description

The individual will be responsible for assisting in menu development, managing ingredients inventory, and adhering to food safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Bakery and Baking techniques
  • Experience in Food Preparation with a focus on cookies and bread
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity in developing pastry items
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and practices
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and under pressure
  • Previous experience in a catering, culinary, or bakery setting is an advantage
  • A degree or certification in Culinary Arts, Baking, or a related field is desirable
