Mobile Phone and Accessories Indoor Sales Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Mobile Phone and Accessories Indoor Salesperson to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting and purchasing mobile phones and accessories, provide product information, and recommendations, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in the store, providing information on mobile phones and accessories.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
  • Handle sales transactions and process payments accurately.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest mobile phone models and accessories.
  • Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide after-sales support and follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to store performance.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is a plus.
  • Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the mobile phone industry.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile phone brands, models, and accessories.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
