Purpose of the role
The Learning Content Developer builds high-quality, scalable learning assets that bring enterprise learning solutions to life. This role sits within Shared Services in India and focuses on translating design packages into polished, ready-to-deploy content. Developers ensure speed, consistency, and accessibility by applying enterprise standards and templates, while also bringing strong graphic design skills to enhance the learner experience. Candidates will be asked to share samples of prior work (blurred or screenshot acceptable) that demonstrate their ability as a Learning Developer and their graphic design expertise.

Content Developers provide the executional backbone for enterprise learning. By delivering engaging, consistent, and accessible content, they free Learning Architects and Designers to focus on solution design and ensure learners receive reliable, high-quality experiences at scale
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop eLearning, video, graphics, and multimedia assets using enterprise-standard tools, especially Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise).
- Translate Architect or Instructional Designer inputs into developer-ready packages and final learning content.
- Apply enterprise templates, accessibility standards, and metadata tagging to ensure usability and consistency.
- Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot technical issues, such as SCORM package errors in LMS or PowerPoint compatibility issues.
- Manage recurring content updates, uploads, and maintenance in LMS, portals, and SharePoint.
- Prepare content for translation workflows and track localization progress.
- Maintain content libraries and leverage reusable templates to drive efficiency.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education – Full time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory- Note: This is the minimum education criteria which cannot be altered)3–6 years of experience in eLearning or multimedia content development.Extensive experience using Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).Experience as a corporate graphic designer, with strong skills in presentation design, infographics, page layout, whitespace, and clean formatting.Ability to create/edit icons and apply modern design principles.Experience troubleshooting technical issues (SCORM, LMS testing, PowerPoint, web testing).Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver on time with accuracy.Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to holistically quality check learning solutions (brand, user experience, LMS readiness).Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and time zones.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Vyond or similar rapid video creation softwareExperience with generative AI capabilities Experience with SharePoint editing or development.Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud or other multimedia tools.Prior experience working in a global corporate environment.-
