Role Overview

We are seeking ambitious and driven
Sales Executives
to lead our corporate outreach and close high-value retreat deals. This role requires a consultative approach, connecting with HR leaders, CHROs, and Founders, and positioning Feelivacation as their trusted retreat partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with corporate HR, Admin, and leadership decision-makers.
  • Pitch Feelivacation's retreat solutions through LinkedIn outreach, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Consult with clients on budget and goals to co-create tailored retreat packages.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for proposal development, pricing, and contracts.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring timely payment collection.
  • Maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in
    B2B Sales / Corporate Travel / MICE / HR Solutions / Event Sales
    .
  • Proven track record of closing deals with HR/Admin/CHRO-level executives.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a startup-like environment.
  • Willing to travel locally for client meetings.

Compensation

  • Fixed Salary: ₹35K–₹40K/month (based on location & experience).
  • Performance Incentives: ₹15K–₹20K per retreat closed.
