Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Food Technologist for an on-site position in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Food Technologist will be responsible for conducting sensory evaluations, developing new food products, overseeing quality control processes, and conducting research and development (R&D) activities. Daily tasks include working in the laboratory, ensuring products meet safety and quality standards, and collaborating with other departments to innovate and improve food products.
Qualifications
- Sensory Evaluation and Food Technology skills
- Experience in Laboratory Skills and Quality Control
- Strong background in Research and Development (R&D)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
- Experience in the food industry is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
