**Educational Qualification**:

- B.Sc/B.Tech in Food Technology/Food Science or related field
- Additional certifications in Food Safety/Quality Management preferred

**Experience & Skills Required**:

- 4-5 years of experience in food industry quality and production management
- Strong knowledge of food safety norms, audit standards **(GFSI/BRC/FSSC)**, and **FSSAI**regulations
- Experience in managing quality inspection teams
- Proven track record in vendor quality management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing team of 20+ food safety inspectors across third-party manufacturing facilities
- Overseeing quality assurance and compliance programs
- Implementing food safety standards and protocols
- Vendor quality management and development

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
