**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Food Technologist to join our team at Legit Farms. As a Food Technologist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, safety, and nutritional value of our products, helping us deliver the best to our customers. You will work closely with the R&D team to innovate, develop, and improve our range of food products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Development**:

- Work on the development of new and innovative food products, such as pasture-raised eggs, organic oils, goat milk, and wild honey-based products, ensuring they meet the company’s quality standards.
- **Quality Control**:
Oversee the production process to ensure that food products are safe, consistent, and meet regulatory standards. Conduct product testing and analysis to verify ingredient quality and food safety.
- **Nutritional Analysis**:
Perform nutritional analysis to ensure products meet health and wellness standards. Collaborate with nutritionists to optimize product formulations.Ensure all products comply with food safety regulations, industry standards, and quality guidelines, both for domestic and international markets.Work on optimizing food production processes and techniques to improve yield, reduce costs, and enhance product quality without compromising on health benefits.Collaborate with the production and marketing teams to ensure product scalability, marketability, and consumer satisfaction.Maintain accurate documentation of product formulations, quality control tests, and safety protocols. Prepare reports on findings, improvements, and recommendations.Work on ensuring that all product development and manufacturing processes align with sustainability practices, focusing on organic, environmentally-friendly, and ethical production methods.**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.

- Knowledge of food regulations, safety standards, and certifications (e.g., FSSAI, ISO, organic certifications).
- Strong understanding of food production processes, preservation methods, and packaging.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for health-conscious, organic, and sustainable food products.
