built on India's authentic roots.

Role Overview:

We're looking for a
freelance food technologist
who can help us
develop and optimise formulations
for our first line of products. You'll work closely with founders to translate the flavour vision into scalable, commercially viable recipes ready for pilot production.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop 3–4
    carbonated beverage formulations
    (botanical/herbal flavour base)
  • Ensure
    flavour stability, carbonation retention, and clean-label compliance
  • Recommend appropriate
    sweeteners, preservatives, and natural flavour systems
  • Support
    shelf-life, pH, and microbial testing
  • Liaise with
    pilot manufacturing units and packaging vendors
  • Ensure
    FSSAI compliance
    and documentation for labelling and claims

You Should Have:

  • B.Tech / M.Tech in
    Food Technology, Beverage Science, or related field
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in
    RTD or carbonated beverage formulation
  • Understanding of
    botanical extracts, natural flavouring, and carbonation systems
  • Familiarity with
    FSSAI standards and clean-label practices
  • Ability to work independently and deliver fast iterations

Bonus If You Have:

  • Experience working with
    functional or Ayurvedic beverages
  • Prior work with
    co-packers or pilot plants
  • Interest in
    modernising traditional Indian flavours
