Position: Food Technologist
Location: Bangalore, India
Experience: 1-2 years in running multi-fruit processing plants

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Food Technologist with experience in running multi-fruit processing plants to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. As a Food
Technologist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective production of high-quality processed fruit products.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee the operations of multi-fruit processing plants, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.

2. Coordinate with suppliers and farmers to ensure a consistent and high-quality supply of raw fruits for processing.

3. Develop and implement processing protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

4. Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to maintain product consistency and adhere to food safety guidelines.

5. Collaborate with the research and development team to improve existing processes and develop new fruit-based products.

6. Analyze production data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce wastage.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

2. Proven experience of 1-2 years in running multi-fruit processing plants, demonstrating knowledge of processing techniques, equipment, and quality control procedures.

3. Strong understanding of food safety regulations and compliance standards.

4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production-related issues.

5. Good project management abilities, with the capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
