industry, headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka is looking for a skilled
Food Technologist with intense experience in functional beverage
experience in developing and improving beverage formulations, ensuring
product quality, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food
Science or Nutritional Science.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in beverage formulation
and product development.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of beverage ingredients,
preservatives, sweeteners, emulsifiers, stabilizers, and
carbonation techniques.
- Understanding of food safety standards, labelling
requirements, and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with equipment like mixers, dryers, and spray dryers.
- Passion for innovation in the beverage industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and
handle multiple products development simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and optimize formulations for Nutraceutical & functional
beverages.
- Conduct research on new ingredients, flavours, and technologies to
enhance product quality and innovation.
- Ensure that formulations comply with FSSAI and other food
safety regulations.
- Oversee product development, testing, and scale-up
processes from lab to production.
- Work closely with the R&D, Quality Assurance, and Production
teams to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
- Evaluate raw materials and ingredients to ensure consistency and
quality.Troubleshoot formulation issues and optimize product stability,
taste, and shelf life.
- Maintain detailed documentation of formulations, trials, and process

Pay: ₹25,807.35 - ₹41,445.85 per month
