Tasks
• Preparation of spare parts quotations and spare parts orders
• Appointment clarification of spare parts inquiries
• Monitoring of costs and delivery dates
• Take care about customer inquiries and technical clarification
• Master data Management
• Coordination of translations
• Regulary reporting
• Prepare customs documents
• Import and customs clearance for shipments to India and Bangladesh
Requirements
• Minimum 4- 8 years of Industry experience.
• Commercial education and basic technical knowledge
• ERP Expertise (prefered ProAlpha)
• Experience in customer service subjects
• Experience importing goods from Germany
• Good English and German Language skills
• Customer orientation, Initiative and resilience
• Team Player
• MS-Office-skills
• Willing to work in Shifts.
• Experience in US/ German/ UK MNC's
Renumeration:
• Gross per month Salary 30,000 INR- 65,000 INR based on experience.
• Fixed food allowance/Travel bonus in case of traveling to customer site/ Training in Germany.
• All medical/Travel Insurance
