
Executive Housekeeper

* Oversee daily housekeeping operations in guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and staff areas.
* Plan and allocate work assignments to housekeeping staff and supervisors.
* Inspect rooms and common areas regularly to maintain quality standards.
* Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and standards.
* Recruit, train, and evaluate housekeeping staff to maintain efficiency and service quality.
* Coordinate with the Front Office and Maintenance departments to ensure smooth room operations.
* Maintain inventory and control of cleaning supplies, linen, and uniforms.
* Handle guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally.
* Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
* Prepare departmental budget, control expenses, and monitor cost efficiency.
* Report to the General Manager / Rooms Division Manager.
EXPERIENCE
* Total 10+ years' experience
* Minimum 1 years as Executive
