Key Responsibilities

  • Coordination & communication:
  • Liaise with vendors, consultants, architects, and other service providers.
  • Schedule meetings, follow up on tasks, and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
  • Data & documentation management:

Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, Google Sheets, and project trackers.

Maintain school-related records, vendor lists, and documentation for compliance.

Draft letters, reports, and meeting minutes as required.

  • Research & analysis:
  • Conduct online research related to vendors, CBSE norms, school equipment, and academic resources.
  • Compare quotations and prepare analysis sheets for management decisions.
  • Project support:
  • Assist in creating checklists, timelines, and progress trackers for different departments (academics, marketing, infrastructure, HR, etc.).
  • Ensure smooth coordination across teams for school setup milestones.
