Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the project manager/delivery manager in admin tasks.
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure all project reports are documented.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leads.
  • Facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute project status reports, and other documentation.
  • Support the team in implementing the best practices.
  • Assist in resource allocation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
