Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Project Leadership

  2. Define and implement project execution strategy aligned with company goals.

  3. Govern multiple projects across regions/sites ensuring consistent standards.

  4. Drive digitalization and process automation in project operations.

  5. Business & Financial Performance

  6. Own the P&L for project operations.

  7. Monitor budgets, cost controls, billing, and profitability across projects.

  8. Ensure effective utilization of resources to maximize ROI.

  9. Operational Excellence

  10. Standardize project management processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms.

  11. Drive productivity improvement initiatives across project sites.

  12. Ensure adoption of best practices (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile/PMI).

  13. Quality, Health, Safety & Compliance

  14. Oversee QHSE compliance across all projects.

  15. Establish zero-defect, zero-incident culture.

  16. Ensure adherence to statutory, contractual, and regulatory requirements.

  17. Client & Stakeholder Management

  18. Build and maintain strong client relationships at senior level.

  19. Handle escalations, negotiations, and strategic partnerships.

  20. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  21. Risk Management & Governance

  22. Identify risks in execution, financial exposure, or compliance.

  23. Implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency planning.

  24. Present project status and risk dashboards to the Board/MD.

  25. Leadership & Team Development

  26. Lead and mentor Project Managers, Operations Managers, and site heads.

  27. Drive performance culture, succession planning, and talent retention.
  28. Foster collaboration between engineering, procurement, finance, and execution teams.

Skills:

  • Expertise in end-to-end project management (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning).
  • Strong knowledge of large-scale projects (Data Centres, MEP, Infrastructure, Real Estate, or Manufacturing).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, ERP).
  • Understanding of contracts, commercial negotiations, and risk management.
  • Leadership & Business Skills
  • Strong P&L management and financial acumen.
