Key Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale solid waste management projects across the city
  • Manage cross-functional teams handling operations, compliance, IEC, audits, and data systems
  • Build and monitor real-time systems for waste collection, route tracking, and field performance
  • Coordinate with municipal officials, partners, and stakeholders for seamless delivery
  • Ensure KPIs, service quality, and reporting standards are met across assigned geographies
  • Provide strategic direction, risk management, and escalation oversight

Qualification & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in solid waste management, urban services, or public infrastructure
  • Strong leadership in field operations, compliance management, and inter-agency coordination
  • Familiarity with GIS/MIS tools and SWM frameworks
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • Passion for sustainability, civic transformation, and public systems improvement
