About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead paid media strategies and execution for our eCommerce clients. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and Paid Social (Meta/Facebook & Instagram Ads) with a strong track record of managing large-scale campaigns, delivering measurable ROI, and working with USA-based clients. This role requires strong analytical, leadership, and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize paid search (SEM) and paid social (Meta/Facebook Ads) strategies for eCommerce clients.
  • Manage and oversee large-scale ad campaigns, ensuring measurable ROI and performance growth.
  • Collaborate with account managers, creative teams, and analytics teams to deliver end-to-end campaign execution.
  • Analyze campaign performance, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to drive account growth.
  • Train, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists; provide guidance on best practices and performance improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.
  • Work closely with USA-based clients to understand their goals, propose strategies, and deliver results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing with expertise in SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads).
  • Proven experience in managing eCommerce projects (mandatory).
  • Strong track record of working with USA clients.
  • Experience managing and optimizing campaigns with significant monthly ad spends ($50K+ preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in achieving measurable ROI from paid campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Prior experience in managing and mentoring a team of digital marketing professionals.
