Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer, based in Ahmedabad. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies, managing online advertising campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI. The role involves collaborating with the content, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience with online advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
  • Strong analytical skills for campaign performance analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate, education or skin care industry is a plus
