Job Overview:

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead our therapeutics sales team in Mumbai for Aurolab, a renowned ophthalmic products company. As RSM, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors in your region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth metrics in Mumbai.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet their sales targets and develop their skills.
  • Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and distributors in Mumbai.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular sales performance reports and analysis to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 10 + years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in therapeutics or ophthalmology.
  • Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and industry trends
