It has recently won the Johnson and Johnson Quickfire Challenge Award and has been selected by the Cedars Sinai Healthcare System (#1 in California and #5 in the USA according to US world rankings) for investment and commercial projects using the two products of the company. KIMIA Recover is a comprehensive recovery management solution providing reduction in number of hospital visits and complications for Total Knee Replacement Patients. The product was also the National Winner and International Top 20 of the prestigious James Dyson Award, and has gained traction with major public hospitals and orthopedic clinics.Their digital therapy platform, consisting of KIMIA Assess, uses artificial intelligence technology for digital MSK assessment and therapy. This platform is capable of providing pre-consultation assessments and real-time exercise guidance and feedback to musculoskeletal patients, and is being adopted by some of the largest private healthcare providers in the region, along with large corporate players.
We are scaling across ASEAN and seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and execution in this fast-growing market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
- Oversee financial reporting to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial statements and reports.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies aligned with startup goals.
- Implement and maintain efficient accounting systems and processes suitable for a startup environment.
- Handle tax filings, regulatory compliance, payroll coordination, and other statutory requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, sales, and product to support business initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, bankers, and financial advisors.
- Monitor cash flow, analyze financial data trends, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting best practices.
- Lead or support audits and financial reviews as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA) preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with startups or high-growth companies.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems; experience with cloud-based tools is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup with strong attention to detail.
- Adaptability and comfort working within a fast-evolving startup culture.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finance management.
