BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Business Development Executive plays a vital role in generating qualified leads, preparing proposals and supporting the sales team in closing business opportunities. The role requires an inspired self-starter with excellent communication skills and ability to drive sales growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
Will be responsible for the promotion and sales operation of thermal insulation glass coating in the assigned territory with collection of all receivables.
Improving market awareness of the company and assist in brand-building activities.
Responsible to achieve volume and value targets as per the companys business plan.
Expand customer base, identify new markets and improve the return on investment.
Develop, maintain and strengthen franchisee network.
Manage sales pipeline to drive new business opportunities to commercial success.
Support the sales team in executing marketing campaigns, promotional activities, trade shows, exhibitions and technical seminars.
Maintain and update marketing materials, brochures, and digital content.
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring professional and prompt responses.
Coordinate client meetings, site visits, and presentations.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service support.
Identify and engage with key accounts for project-based sales opportunities.
Conducting product and application training for sales teams
Produce monthly report on past performance against budget and future plans for product development
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline, preferably Civil Engineering, but not mandatory.
MBA Sales & Marketing will be an advantage.
6+ years of experience in channel and project sales in related industries like building materials, construction chemicals, paints, etc. is a must.
Good understanding of franchisee network; ability to manage B2B and B2C sales.
Knowledge of construction industry trends.
Excellent interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality.
Good relationship with building consultants, PMCs and Contractors.
Good in communication, confident with strong analytical abilities.
Competent with Microsoft office, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
