SUMMARY

Automobile Sales Executive Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Automobile Sales Executive to join our client's team in Madhya Pradesh. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Present a professional appearance and attitude
  • Lead management: generate prospects from showroom walk-ins, telephone inquiries, and convert them into sales
  • Enter customer inquiries into the system with complete details
  • Demonstrate scooters to customers
  • Conduct test rides and convert them into final sales
  • Address customer queries related to scooter specifications, delivery time, pricing, finance options, and more
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as:

  • Percentage of Test Ride (TR) completion from scheduled TR

  • Percentage of sales conversion from completed TR

  • Process adherence with no deviation from processes or SOPs

  • Good customer experience with no negative feedback

  • Customer Experience (CX) rating

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales (preferably Automobile Sales)
  • Must know driving and have a valid Driving License (DL)
  • Good communication skills are essential
  • Experience in sales expertise in automobiles, preferably in 2W or 4W dealerships, retail, insurance, finance, and banking
  • Qualification: Min 12th Pass/Graduation or Diploma
  • Notice period: Immediate to 10 days
  • Location: Madhya Pradesh

MAXIMUM SALARY 2.4 LPA + TA and Incentives
