Job Description Automobile Sales Executive Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Automobile Sales Executive to join our client's team in Madhya Pradesh. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities: Present a professional appearance and attitude Lead management: generate prospects from showroom walk-ins, telephone inquiries, and convert them into sales Enter customer inquiries into the system with complete details Demonstrate scooters to customers Conduct test rides and convert them into final sales Address customer queries related to scooter specifications, delivery time, pricing, finance options, and more Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as: + Percentage of Test Ride (TR) completion from scheduled TR + Percentage of sales conversion from completed TR + Process adherence with no deviation from processes or SOPs + Good customer experience with no negative feedback + Customer Experience (CX) rating Requirements A minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales (preferably Automobile Sales) Must know driving and have a valid Driving License (DL) Good communication skills are essential Experience in sales expertise in automobiles, preferably in 2W or 4W dealerships, retail, insurance, finance, and banking Qualification: Min 12th Pass/Graduation or Diploma Notice period: Immediate to 10 days Location: Madhya Pradesh Benefits MAXIMUM SALARY 2.4 LPA + TA and Incentives Requirements Experience: Minimum 1 Year of working experience in Sales Notice Period: Immediate - 10 days Qualification 12th Pass/Graduation/Diploma Note: Qualifications, Experience & Skills Sales Expertise in Automobile - worked in 2Wheeler or 4Wheeler Dealership, Retail, Insurance, Finance & Banking preferred * Knows driving and have Driving License * Good communication skills
