Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Technical Support professional based in Gurugram. The role involves providing technical support to customers to ensure prompt resolution of issues, troubleshooting technical problems related to broadband services, and addressing customer inquiries effectively. Additional responsibilities include working towards maintaining high customer satisfaction, analyzing recurring issues to recommend process improvements, and ensuring smooth communication with internal technical teams.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to resolve broadband-related issues efficiently.
  • Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction expertise to deliver exceptional service and foster positive relationships.
  • Analytical Skills to identify patterns in technical problems and recommend meaningful solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Relevant experience in an internet service provider (ISP) or telecom environment is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of networking technologies such as RF, GPON, or FTTx preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is advantageous.
