Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Manager specializing in Offline Sales. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales efforts to meet and exceed targets. The individual will analyze market trends, negotiate contracts, deliver tailored presentations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project alignment. The role also includes managing the sales pipeline and maintaining accurate records of activities and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in business development or offline sales.
  • Proven success in managing partnerships or B2B relationships.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Background in real estate, proptech, or related industries preferred.
  • Ability to build networks and represent the company professionally in meetings and events.
  • Sales and Business Development skills, including the ability to identify opportunities and achieve sales targets.
  • Relationship Building and Communication, with a focus on client relationship management and negotiation.
  • Market Analysis and Strategic Planning to understand trends, evaluate competition, and develop sales strategies.
  • Presentation and Leadership skills for delivering impactful pitches and leading business discussions.
  • Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting methods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the offline sales initiatives for the company.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and referral agents.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new business partners.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Negotiate deals and partnerships that align with company goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and partner satisfaction.
  • Track and report performance metrics and market insights to leadership.
