Position Overview:As the Head of Strategic Alliances for a Life Insurance company, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our distribution network through strategic partnerships with third -party distributors, including corporate agents, digital platforms, insurance brokers, and other key alliances. Reporting directly to the Chief Distribution Officer, you will lead the development and execution of alliance strategies to maximize sales and distribution reach on a national scale.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic alliance plans to identify, cultivate, and manage partnerships with third -party distributors, including corporate agents, digital platforms, insurance brokers, and other relevant channels.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, product development, and underwriting teams, to align alliance strategies with business objectives and market dynamics.Lead negotiations and contractual discussions with potential alliance partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive sales growth and enhance market presence.Provide leadership and guidance to regional alliance teams to execute alliance initiatives effectively and achieve sales targets.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for strategic alliances and differentiate our offerings in the market.Monitor and evaluate the performance of alliance partnerships, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing corrective actions as needed to optimize results.Foster strong relationships with alliance partners, serving as the primary point of contact and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.Stay abreast of industry regulations, market developments, and emerging trends in distribution channels to anticipate challenges and capitalize on opportunities.Prepare and present regular reports and updates on alliance performance, initiatives, and key insights to senior management and other stakeholders. RequirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.15+ years of experience in strategic alliance management, sales, or business development within the insurance or financial services industry.Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships with third -party distributors, including corporate agents, digital platforms, insurance brokers, and other relevant channels.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross -functional teams to achieve common goals.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders at all levels.Strategic thinker with a results -oriented mindset and a focus on driving business growth and profitability.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze market trends, and make data -driven decisions.Sound understanding of insurance products, distribution channels, and regulatory requirements.Ability to thrive in a fast -paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.
