Position Overview:_ As the **Strategic Alliances and Partnership Head**, you will be responsible for developing and executing our partnership strategy, identifying and establishing strategic alliances, and nurturing key relationships. This role requires a visionary leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possesses a deep understanding. Your strategic thinking, exceptional negotiation skills, and ability to build mutually beneficial partnerships will be crucial in driving our company's growth and market leadership.
**Responsibilities**:
- Partnership Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the company's vision and growth objectives
- Identify potential strategic partners and evaluate opportunities to drive business expansion, revenue growth, and market dominance
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify innovative partnership opportunities
- Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including gaming studios, content creators, platform providers, and technology partners
- Negotiate and structure mutually beneficial partnership agreements, including licensing, distribution, co-marketing, and co-development collaborations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring exceptional relationship management and fostering long-term partnerships
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product management, marketing, legal, and finance, to align partnership initiatives with business objectives
- Drive cross-functional efforts to implement partnership activities, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with timelines and deliverables
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams regarding partnership requirements and best practices
- Market and Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and partnership opportunities
- Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of potential partners, assessing their strategic fit and potential impact on business goals
- Monitor competitor partnerships and industry developments, recommending proactive strategies to maintain a competitive edge
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of partnership initiatives
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Continuously optimize partnership strategies based on data-driven insights and industry trends
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of at least 7 years in strategic partnerships and alliance management, preferably within the consumer tech industry
- Decent network within the gaming industry, including relationships with key players such as gaming studios, publishers, influencers, and platform providers
- Exceptional negotiation and deal-making skills, with a demonstrated ability to structure and close complex partnerships
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the gaming landscape, market dynamics, and emerging trends
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and driving growth
