Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating and streamlining the recruitment process to ensure smooth hiring operations and excellent candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Post job openings on various platforms, including job boards and social media.
  • Screen resumes to identify potential candidates for open positions.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress.
  • Prepare and share recruitment-related reports and metrics with stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to recruiters, including drafting offer letters and handling onboarding tasks.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events and campus drives as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 02 years of experience in recruitment coordination or a similar role (freshers with strong organizational skills are welcome).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative attitude with a commitment to providing a positive candidate experience.
