Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Recruiter located in Chennai and Bangalore. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions within the company. Day-to-day tasks include developing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the entire recruitment process. The Recruiter will also be responsible for onboarding new hires and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Qualifications
- Experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates
- Ability to develop job descriptions and post job advertisements
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience coordinating with hiring managers and managing the recruitment process
- Ability to onboard new hires and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
